What we collect, and what we will never do with it.

Flash Systems AI LLC ("Flash Systems", "we") runs flashsystems.ai. This page says in plain English what information we collect, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
What you give us directly: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and your answers when you take the Busywork Audit, apply to work with us, or contact us.
What comes with any website visit: basic technical logs, like IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. The client portal uses a cookie to keep you logged in, and that is what cookies are used for here.
Why we collect it
To build and send your roadmap, to respond when you reach out, to follow up about your roadmap and our services when you have agreed to that, and to run the work you hire us for.
Text messages
If you check the consent box, we may text you about your roadmap and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
The service providers that make the work run: our email delivery provider, our customer relationship system, and our hosting provider. They process your information to do their job for us and nothing else. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not hand it to anyone for their marketing.
How long we keep it
As long as we have a working relationship with you, or as long as we need it to answer your request. If you want your information updated or deleted, email us and we will handle it.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Every text takes STOP. And you can always email royleal@flashsystems.ai to ask what we have, correct it, or have it deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
