These terms cover your use of flashsystems.ai, run by Flash Systems AI LLC ("Flash Systems", "we"). By using the site or taking the Busywork Audit, you agree to them.

The Busywork Audit and your roadmap

The audit is free. The roadmap you receive is built from the answers you give, and it is yours to keep whether you work with us or not.

It is general information about how we would approach your business. It is not legal, financial, accounting, or compliance advice, and results depend on your business and on what actually gets installed and used. We do not promise specific outcomes, hours, or revenue.

Being contacted

When you submit the audit with the consent box checked, you agree that we may contact you by email and text about your roadmap and our services. Opting out is one click or one STOP, any time, and our Privacy Policy says exactly how your information is handled.

Honest inputs

Give us real contact information and answers about a business you actually represent. Do not use the site to send anything unlawful, to probe or overload it, or to submit someone else's information without their permission.

Paid work

The site describes our services, but paid work is governed by the service agreement we both sign, not by this page. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Our content

The site, the audit, and the roadmap format belong to Flash Systems. Your roadmap is yours to share. Our site content is not yours to republish as your own.

The legal lines

The site and the audit are provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, Flash Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the free audit. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
